The Christian Network Outreach United Church of Christ serves the Norristown community spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. While our mission is to reach out to everyone, we have a special focus on children, youth and families. Over the years, we have fed numerous families in need through our food pantry.

We also provide Thanksgiving meal baskets to neighborhood families and the elderly as well. Each Christmas, we give out toys as well as white gifts, donated by St. John’s UCC in Lansdale, to families who otherwise might not be able to afford toys and gifts for their children. We hold an annual coat drive giveaway with the help of St. John’s UCC. Valley Forge UCC has also made donations. We give away needed winter coats to numerous families, many of whom would not otherwise have coats for their children or themselves.

We also have a licensed Daycare, Preschool and Before-and-After School program called Tomorrow’s Leaders which serves low income families in the community from 6:30 AM to 6:00  PM five days a week. During the summer, we have an all-day camp for school-aged children which runs all summer long. The financial support we receive from our sister church, Christ Church UCC, in Norristown, is a tremendous blessing. UCC Christ Church’s financial support continues to help enable us to do these things and more in order to help and serve the children, youth and families and our community.
